3D Models and Animations:

Realistic 3D models of the project are constructed from available site data. The terrain in and around the project is modeled from z-coded contours and / or digital elevation data.   Trees are accurately modeled and placed on the terrain per existing surveys, aerial photos or land plans.   Buildings can be extensively modeled according to architectural plans.   Existing buildings are mass modeled and photo-textured, increasing scene realism.  3D cars, people, and furniture are easily added to the model from a large in-house 3D library.

The model is brought to life by animating a 3D camera in the scene.   A smooth driveby or flyby animation results.     

Realistic Photo-Simulations:

3D models of proposed developments as described above, can be accurately composited with photographs of the as-is site.   The perspective and lighting of the photograph is emulated in the 3D model and the resulting Simulation is very realistic.
